As evening descends, the music depicts nighttime in the glades, with a sense of solitude and unease knowing you are surrounded by many unseen creatures. The piece ends with a seaplane ride from Lake Okeechobee to the coastal waters, soaring over the sparkling skyline and glittering beaches.
