With fast-moving eighth-note ostinatos, dark pursuing melodies, and rigorous percussion, both the audience and the performers will feel the incredible energy behind this epic work. This is the third piece in Idio's long-term project called the Concert-to-Soundtrack Series, where he seeks to create accessible band music that works both as concert music and as soundtracks to films. Its mission is to bring the wind ensemble genre into the commercial and cinematic world.
