At times dark and sinister and at others bold and dynamic, Leviathan takes the listener on a journey along with the mythical sea monster that is found in many books and mythology. Peter Terry has crafted a bold new contest work that students will love, with all of the angular rhythms and modern sounds. This piece is at the lower end of the difficulty level and contains many instances of unison low brass that can be helpful for a band with lesser forces in this area of the band.
