Description
Quite simply, Jubilate is a Latin word meaning rejoice or feel great joy! Like its namesake and definition thereof, the piece overall endeavors to convey feelings of joy and excitement. At the beginning, a joyful mood is quickly established by way of percussion and brass and soon augmented by the woodwinds. As the music progresses, changes in mood, style, and volume are easily heard as the piece comes to a rousing conclusion.
