Description
Set in a traditional "country" waltz style from the glory days of the great women country music singers, this new arrangement for your beginning strings allows everyone to have the opportunity to perform the melody. This is not meant to be performed as a parody of this genre, but in a sweet, gentle cantabile swing style. While the swing eighths prevail throughout, your young musicians will have the opportunity to play in both arco and pizzicato techniques. A great change of pace for your next holiday concert.
