Description
This victorious-sounding piece for intermediate string orchestra is set in C major with a lot of doubling for a big, majestic sound. The stately theme provides teaching opportunities for low-4 (violins) and low-one or backward extension finger patterns in a straightforward manner with clear and playable harmonies. The marching staccato accompaniment makes it perfect for graduation or other ceremonies, in addition to traditional concerts.
